Synergy Calculator helps evaluate the combined effects of two herbal extracts, natural actives, or drugs to determine whether their interaction is synergistic, additive, or antagonistic. It uses the widely accepted Combination Index (CI) method based on the Chou-Talalay median-effect principle for quantifying synergism, additivity, and antagonism in herbal or natural product combinations.
